The BMH orbital hydraulic motor is a shaft distribution geroler motor offered in eight displacements: BMH195, BMH245, BMH310, BMH390, BMH490, BMH630, BMH800 and BMH985. Continuous torque runs from 383 Nm to 1242 Nm, and every size accepts 75 L/min continuous flow.
Shaft options include a 32 mm keyed shaft, a 14 tooth spline in short and long versions, and SAE and rectangular splines. Each unit is built to a confirmed drawing and supplied EXW Hebei, China.
All values below are catalogue summary ratings. Maximum pressure and maximum speed must not be used simultaneously. Each table limit needs the stated duty conditions; intermittent duty is limited to 6 seconds per minute.
| Model | Displacement (cc/rev) | Speed cont. / int. (rpm) | Pressure drop cont. / int. (bar) | Torque cont. / int. (Nm) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BMH195 | 195 | 361 / 415 | 140 / 175 | 383 / 445 |
| BMH245 | 245 | 288 / 330 | 140 / 175 | 481 / 559 |
| BMH310 | 310 | 227 / 261 | 140 / 175 | 608 / 708 |
| BMH390 | 390 | 181 / 207 | 125 / 150 | 683 / 763 |
| BMH490 | 490 | 144 / 165 | 125 / 150 | 858 / 959 |
| BMH630 | 630 | 112 / 128 | 100 / 125 | 883 / 1028 |
| BMH800 | 800 | 88 / 101 | 90 / 100 | 1008 / 1044 |
| BMH985 | 985 | 72 / 82 | 90 / 100 | 1242 / 1286 |
Flow is 75 L/min continuous and 90 L/min intermittent for all eight sizes. Use anti-wear hydraulic oil at ISO 4406 cleanliness 20/18/13, with a recommended maximum oil temperature of 82 °C.
Performance curves in the catalogue show some points above these figures, but selection and quotation follow the summary table. Case pressure, back pressure and drain arrangement are confirmed for each speed, seal and circuit. No single fixed value applies.

H is measured from the flange face to the rear of the motor. Pilot tolerance is taken from the approved toleranced drawing for each order.
Other search terms for this motor: motor hidráulico orbital BMH (ES), moteur hydraulique orbital BMH (FR), орбитальный гидромотор BMH (RU).
Applications such as conveyors, augers or winches are reviewed against this data before a fit is confirmed.
Buyers may enquire using BMH200, BMH250, BMH315, BMH400, BMH500 or Danfoss OMH names. These external nominal names must be compared with our 195, 245, 310, 390 and 490 catalogue sizes using dimensions and duty; the numbers are not interchangeable specifications.
| Original manufacturer model | Verified original identifier | Reference |
|---|---|---|
| Danfoss OMH 200 | 11180705; 151H1091 | Original motor identification |
| Danfoss OMH 250 | 151H1013 | Original motor identification |
| Danfoss OMH 315 | 151H1014 | Original motor identification |
| Danfoss OMH 500 | 151H1016 | Original motor identification |
These identifiers are verified against Danfoss PowerSource product records. They identify the customer's original motor, not Olive Branch stock codes or a direct-interchange guarantee; flange, shaft, seals, ports, loads and duty still require confirmation.
Original model records: OMH 200 / 11180705, OMH 200 / 151H1091, OMH 250 / 151H1013, OMH 315 / 151H1014, OMH 500 / 151H1016.
The two product photos show related BMH/OMH series keyed-shaft structures with flange and side-port options. They are series references rather than photographs proving a specific displacement or every configuration; the six technical images reproduce the Olive Branch catalogue data.
See our BM4 shaft-distribution motor for separate model ratings. Matching a short series name does not confirm matching interfaces or performance.
Flange, pilot tolerance, port threads, shaft, rotation and paint are confirmed on a drawing before production starts. We manufacture hydraulic gear pumps, orbital motors and valves in Hebei, China, and quote EXW Hebei.
A1 is the 32 mm keyed shaft, with key A10×8×45. A3 is Ø31.75 mm with key 7.96×7.96×31.75, and A5 is Ø35 mm.
Yes. A2 (short) and A4 (long) both use a 14-tooth 12/24 DP 30° spline.
No. BMH195, 245, 310, 390 and 490 are not direct equivalents of 200, 250, 315, 400 or 500 cc motors, so displacement and interface must be checked.
No. The limits are not simultaneous, and intermittent ratings apply for no more than 6 seconds per minute.
This depends on speed, seal type, drain arrangement and circuit. We confirm the value for your application instead of quoting one universal figure.
Only after dimension and operating-duty checks. We match against your drawing, nameplate data or a measured sample, using the checklist above.
Send us the model, shaft, flange and port codes, rotation, paint, quantity and destination market. For replacement assessment, include the machine brand and model, existing motor number, dimensions and operating duty.
We will reply with an EXW Hebei quotation, a dimension drawing for approval and sample terms for your configuration.
