BM2 Series Hydraulic Motors: In-Depth Performance Review and Specification Analysis
BM2 orbital motor review: specs, torque, displacement, and how it stacks up against BM1, BM3, and OEM equivale…
Fixed-displacement hydraulic gear pumps. The following displacement selections and customer-supplied dimensions describe this product family. Final pressure, speed, port and shaft specifications must match the approved order drawing.
| Model selection | Displacement (cc/rev) | Theoretical flow at 2000 rpm (L/min) |
|---|---|---|
| CBT-F532 / CBT-E532 | 32 | 64 |
| CBT-F550 / CBT-E550 | 50 | 100 |
| CBT-F563 / CBT-E563 | 63 | 126 |
| CBT-F580; E version by confirmed specification | 80 | 160 |
Calculated flow = displacement × rpm / 1000; actual delivered flow is lower because of internal leakage.
| Version | Rated / maximum pressure | Speed reference |
|---|---|---|
| CBT-E5 reference, 532 / 550 / 563 | 16 / 20 MPa (160 / 200 bar) | 600 minimum, 2500 rated, 3000 maximum rpm |
| CBT-F5 reference | 20 / 25 MPa (200 / 250 bar) | 600 minimum; 2000 or 2500 rated according to variant; 3000 maximum rpm |
Maximum catalogue pressure is not a continuous-duty rating. E and F pressure versions are separate selections. These values are catalogue references, not a test certificate for every photographed pump.
| Size selection | Pump body height | Port fixing-hole spacing |
|---|---|---|
| 532 | 78 mm | 45 × 45 mm |
| 550 | 90 mm | 54 × 54 mm |
| 563 | 110 mm | Confirm against order drawing |
| 580 | 116 mm | Confirm against order drawing |
| Interface | Dimension / selection |
|---|---|
| Mounting-hole centre spacing | 110 × 85 mm |
| Mounting hole diameter | 10.5 mm |
| Mounting flange thickness | 12 mm |
| Shaft diameter shown | 25 mm; keyed or spline option |
| Plain-key width | 8 mm |
| Port fixing threads | M8 or M10; confirm selected version |
| Port internal diameter annotation | 20 mm shown; inlet and outlet sizes require separate confirmation |
Body height is the dimension-sheet description and must not be treated as overall pump length. Confirm shaft length, spline tooth count/profile, pilot diameter, rotation viewed from shaft end, inlet/outlet bore, fixing threads and seal selection before replacement.
Olive Branch Hydraulics supplies CBT-5 series hydraulic gear pumps with keyed or spline drive-shaft configurations. The photographed pumps have a four-hole square mounting flange and side-port connections. Select the complete specification rather than ordering only by appearance or displacement.
Common series searches include CBT-5 gear pump, CBT-F5 hydraulic pump, CBT-F500 series gear pump and CBT-E5 gear pump. Core F-series selections on this page are CBT-F532, CBT-F550, CBT-F563 and CBT-F580. E-series enquiries include CBT-E532, CBT-E550 and CBT-E563; an 80 cc/rev E-version requires an individually confirmed specification.
Examples of full model references in manufacturer catalogues include CBT-F532-BFP, CBT-F532-BFPL, CBT-F532-BTH and CBT-F532-BTHL; CBT-F550-BFH, CBT-F550-BFHL, CBT-F550-BFP and CBT-F550-BFPL; and CBT-F563-BFH, CBT-F563-BFHL, CBT-F563-BFP and CBT-F563-BFPL. These are configuration references, not a statement that all suffix variants are interchangeable or stocked. Supply your original complete code so we can confirm the required shaft, port, mounting and rotation combination.
CBT-F532, CBT-F550, CBT-F563 and CBT-F580 are pump model designations. Equipment OEM numbers identify a particular installation. The references below help identify an enquiry; they are not universal interchange numbers for all CBT-5 pumps.
| Part-number enquiry | Published equipment reference | Verification and matching requirement |
|---|---|---|
| 803004032 | XCMG LW300FN transmission pump | Listed in the LW300FN parts catalogue, G02-02. The pump breakdown G02-14 uses CBN-F32 component identifiers. A CBT-E532 replacement requires separate dimensional and duty verification. |
| 803004033 / 5000031 | Supplier reference: XCMG LW300F steering pump, CBT-F550, 25 mm six-spline shaft | Published supplier cross-reference only. Confirm complete pump code, mounting, ports, rotation and machine serial number before ordering. |
| 803004559 | Supplier reference: CBT-E550 / CBN-E550, XCMG LW300F / ZL30G enquiries | Supplier descriptions disagree about steering versus transmission duty. This number is an identification lead, not a verified substitute for 803004033. |
Looking for an 803004032 transmission pump, an 803004033 steering pump or a 5000031 gear pump? Include the equipment serial number and original pump specification with your enquiry. We compare the requested installation with an available CBT-5 configuration before confirming suitability. A 25 mm shaft alone does not establish compatibility.
No numeric OEM material number has yet been reliably matched to the photographed CBT-F563 or CBT-F580 variants. Please distinguish pump model codes, equipment OEM numbers, supplier stock codes and online listing IDs when requesting a replacement.
CBT-5 type gear pumps are used as hydraulic power components in construction machinery, dump-truck systems, lifting and transport equipment, mining machinery and agricultural hydraulic systems. These are application categories; they do not establish direct fitment to a particular loader, forklift or tractor model. Machine installation must be checked against the original pump and the equipment hydraulic circuit.
When enquiring about a loader steering pump, forklift hydraulic gear pump, tractor hydraulic pump or dump-truck hydraulic pump replacement, include both the equipment identity and the original pump code. Check operating pressure, required flow, continuous speed, rotation and coupling alignment as well as physical mounting dimensions. Similar-looking CBT, CBN, CBQ, CBF and CBTD products must be checked separately.
Send a front view, both port views and a readable nameplate photo. Measure mounting-hole centres, pilot diameter, shaft diameter and length, spline tooth count or key size, inlet/outlet dimensions and port fixing threads. State whether rotation is clockwise or counterclockwise when viewed from the drive shaft end. Provide normal working pressure, operating rpm and the required duty cycle.
Is CBT-532 enough to identify a pump? No. The E/F version and complete shaft, port and rotation configuration are required.
Can an E-version be replaced directly by an F-version? Confirm both hydraulic duty and installation dimensions first. Pressure grade alone does not prove interchangeability.
Is displacement the same as output flow? Displacement is measured in cc/rev. Output flow depends on speed and internal leakage; the specification table identifies theoretical calculated flow.
What should I include in a quotation request? Full model or OEM material number, quantity, equipment details, photos and measurements. Olive Branch Hydraulics can then prepare a matched CBT-5 gear pump selection for review.
