BMRH H-Port Orbital Hydraulic Motor 50-400 cc/rev

Product Overview: BMRH H-Port Orbital Hydraulic Motor

The BMRH H-port orbital hydraulic motor is a shaft-distribution geroller motor with horizontal H-type side ports. It comes in eleven nominal sizes: BMRH50, BMRH63, BMRH80, BMRH100, BMRH125, BMRH160, BMRH200, BMRH250, BMRH320, BMRH370 and BMRH400.

Olive Branch Hydraulics manufactures the series in Hebei, China, and supplies it EXW. It fits industrial and mobile machinery drives where hydraulic lines must enter from the side of the motor.

Before we quote, we confirm the flange, shaft, installation clearance and actual duty against your configuration.

Common names include horizontal side-port geroller motor, motor hidráulico orbital con puertos laterales (ES), moteur hydraulique orbital à orifices latéraux (FR) and орбитальный гидромотор с боковыми портами (RU). OMRH and BMRS H2/H4 are related search names only and are not confirmed exact interchanges.

Photo note: the series photo shows a related H-port motor as a structure reference. It does not prove the exact displacement or configuration supplied.

Key Features

  • H-type side ports: main ports sit on the housing side at 45.7 ±0.2 mm spacing, 42.7 mm from the mounting face. This layout differs from ordinary BMR S-port motors.
  • Shaft distribution: oil is distributed through the output shaft inside a Ø100 mm housing, and the housing diameter is the same for all eleven sizes.
  • Two flange families: F5 diamond 2-bolt flange, or F6/F7 square 4-bolt flange with threaded holes.
  • Seven shaft ends: keyed, SAE 6B spline, 13-tooth DP16/32 spline, cross-hole and 1:8 taper (codes A12–A18).
  • Port and drain threads: eight main-port options, including a manifold version, and five drain options.
  • Catalogue options, not a full matrix: port, drain and shaft combinations must be confirmed for the selected size. Each combination is confirmed on the configuration drawing.

Technical Specifications

The figures in this section are dimensions only. We do not publish a separate BMRH torque, pressure, flow or speed rating here, and base BMR or external BMRS ratings are not automatically transferred to a BMRH configuration.

H is measured from the mounting face to the rear of the motor. It is not the overall length.

Dimension-Matching Checklist

  1. Compare your available length with H, then add the shaft extension and fitting clearance.
  2. Check the pilot diameter and bolt pattern against F5 or F6/F7.
  3. Match the shaft code to your coupling bore, key or spline.
  4. Confirm the port thread, hose routing at 45.7 mm spacing, and whether you need a case drain.
  5. Send your working pressure, flow, speed and duty cycle so we can confirm the duty.
  6. If you are replacing an OMRH or BMRS H2/H4 unit, send its nameplate and drawing.

Why Choose Us

Hydraulic motors and pumps are our manufacturing line in Hebei. Every BMRH order starts from a configuration drawing that fixes the size, flange, shaft, port and drain before production.

  • Distributors and wholesale buyers: we quote by size and quantity tier, EXW Hebei. MOQ and carton details are stated on the quotation.
  • OEM projects: we build the shaft, flange and port combination to your drawing and dimensional limits.
  • Private label: nameplate marking and packaging requirements are confirmed per quotation.
  • Fit checks: you can request sample units, and the cost and timing are confirmed in the quotation.

FAQ

Is BMRH interchangeable with OMRH or BMRS H2/H4 motors?

Not guaranteed. Compare H, the flange, the shaft and the port position drawing to drawing. Verified reference codes are listed separately.

What torque and pressure ratings apply to BMRH?

This section gives none. We confirm the duty against your configuration and do not carry over base BMR or BMRS ratings.

Is H the overall motor length?

No. H runs from the mounting face to the rear of the motor and excludes the shaft extension.

Can every port, drain and shaft combination be supplied?

The catalogue does not establish every combination. Each requested combination is confirmed on the configuration drawing.

Where do I get the full ordering code?

The ordering code comes with the configuration drawing. To get one, send the size, flange, shaft, port and drain you need.

What are the trade terms?

EXW Hebei, China. MOQ, sample terms and lead time are stated on each quotation.

Request a Quote

Send us the size (for example BMRH160), flange, shaft code, port and drain thread, quantity and destination market. We will reply with a configuration drawing, an EXW Hebei quotation and sample-unit terms for a fit check.

Original Reference Numbers and Related Model Names

Dynamic Fluid Components 2019 catalogue, crossover appendix page 129, associates the following Char-Lynn original codes with its BMRS H2-K-S configurations. These are external reference identities for replacement enquiries, not Olive Branch Hydraulics order numbers or guaranteed BMRH interchanges.

External nominal size Char-Lynn original reference Dynamic reference configuration
50 103-1537 BMRS-50 H2-K-S
80 103-1034 BMRS-80 H2-K-S
100 103-1035 BMRS-100 H2-K-S
125 103-1538 BMRS-125 H2-K-S
160 103-1036 BMRS-160 H2-K-S
200 103-1037 BMRS-200 H2-K-S
250 103-1038 BMRS-250 H2-K-S
315 103-1039 BMRS-315 H2-K-S
375 103-1040 BMRS-375 H2-K-S

Do not automatically equate external 315/375 with catalogue BMRH320/370. No original code is inferred for BMRH63 or BMRH400. Confirm shaft, pilot, bolt pattern, oil-port position, drain, seals and operating duty against the complete original nameplate and drawing.

Photo and Drawing Scope

The unwatermarked photograph is a related Dynamic BMRS H2 series structure reference from OneHydraulics, showing a two-bolt flange, keyed shaft and H-type side ports. It is not a verified photograph of a supplied BMRH100 or of every shaft option. The two technical drawings are from Olive Branch Hydraulics 2026 catalogue pages 26–27 and define the BMRH dimensional options; use the confirmed configuration drawing for ordering.
