NSH32A and NSH50A round-body gear pumps

NSH32A-3 and NSH50A-3 provide two nominal displacement choices, 32 and 50 cm³ per revolution, within the round-body A-series. Olive Branch Hydraulics offers China-manufactured hydraulic gear pumps for agricultural, construction and other mobile-equipment enquiries in Russian and CIS markets. The A-series identification matters: a pump described simply as NSH32 or NSH50 can belong to a different construction family.

Model names and Russian search references

NSH and NSh render the Cyrillic letters НШ in Latin text. The Cyrillic А resembles Latin A; retain the complete marking when copying a nameplate. Russian enquiries may describe this construction as круглый насос НШ, meaning a round-body NSH pump. Short names help identify the family but do not establish the exact shaft or port arrangement.

In the referenced NSH naming convention, Л identifies left-hand, counterclockwise rotation viewed from the drive-shaft end; Latin text commonly writes L. Right-hand, clockwise versions normally omit Л. The Russian terms are правое вращение and левое вращение. Check the arrow and the suction/delivery connections on the pump being installed.

Check these interfaces before ordering

Drive shaft: spline count or key profile, diameter, working length and projection from the flange.

Mounting face: locating diameter, bolt-hole spacing, flange thickness and available installation space.

Oil ports: inlet and outlet location, bore size, fixing threads and connection pattern.

Operating duty: required flow, shaft speed, continuous pressure, intermittent duty and fluid conditions.

A 50 cm³/rev pump moves more theoretical oil per revolution than a 32 cm³/rev pump. Delivered flow also depends on drive speed and internal leakage. Changing displacement can alter actuator speed and drive loading, so retain the equipment's required displacement unless the circuit has been reviewed.

A-series versus M-series

Keep NSH32A-3 distinct from NSH32M-3, and NSH50A-3 distinct from NSH50M-3. These letters identify construction versions, not alternative spellings. The round A-series housing and the M-series arrangement require their own interface checks; identical displacement does not establish equal overall length or matching pipe connections.

Pressure-version codes, shaft suffixes, seals and climatic options must also be retained. GP catalogue numbers associated with other NSH constructions should not be assigned to an A-series pump without an approved cross-reference. For a machine-specific OEM or assembly number, provide the equipment parts-book entry and the existing pump marking.

Product photographs and installation drawings

The four product views show one representative NSH32A sample: shaft and flange, oil-port side, housing side and rear cover. The NSH32A rear-cover marking is retained for identification. These views do not represent a separately photographed NSH50A or prove a particular rotation variant. The quotation should identify the actual build, photograph and corresponding installation drawing for approval.

They are Cyrillic and Latin forms of the designation. The full suffix and physical configuration must still be checked.

Can an A-series pump be selected from a photo alone?

No. Use the photo together with the complete marking, shaft dimensions, flange measurements and port layout.

Does a higher displacement provide a higher pressure rating?
