Four displacement options

Displacement describes oil volume per revolution, rather than a fixed output in litres per minute. Delivered flow depends on drive speed and operating conditions. A larger displacement can change circuit flow and drive loading; select the size required by the equipment specification.

What to check before ordering

Start with the nameplate or rear-cover marking and include every readable suffix. Provide photographs of the complete pump, shaft end, mounting face and both oil ports. If the marking is damaged, include the machine model and the dimensions you can measure.

Drive shaft: profile, spline or key details, diameter and projection.

Mounting: bolt-hole pattern, locating diameter, flange thickness and available installation space.

Oil connections: suction and delivery port sizes, fixing threads and orientation.

Rotation: clockwise or counterclockwise when viewed from the drive-shaft end.

Operating duty: required flow, drive speed, pressure limits and hydraulic-fluid conditions.

Do not infer a common overall length or identical oil-port drilling from a shared family name. The installation drawing should correspond to the exact model and configuration being ordered.

Keep M, A, D and cast-iron versions distinct

A shortened enquiry such as NSH32 or НШ32 does not identify the complete pump. M-3, A-series, D-series, cast-iron MCH and enhanced-pressure versions require separate checks. Matching the displacement alone does not prove that two pumps have the same shaft, mounting, port pattern or performance rating.

For tractor enquiries, include the exact machine designation and build details. MTZ, Belarus and other equipment names help describe the application, but compatibility must be confirmed against the existing pump and hydraulic circuit.

Product views and technical drawings

The photographs show a representative NSH50M sample from the M-series family: oil-port side, housing side, mounting face and rear cover. They support visual identification of the construction. They are not individual photographs of all four displacement variants. Request a photograph and installation drawing of the specific configuration being quoted.

Model names, Russian markings and rotation references

NSH and NSh are Latin forms of the Cyrillic НШ designation. Short names and spacing variations help identify an enquiry, but the full suffix is needed to select the pump.

Rotation marking: the Cyrillic suffix Л identifies left-hand / counterclockwise rotation, viewed from the drive-shaft end. Latin enquiries commonly use L. Right-hand / clockwise references normally omit Л. The Russian terms правое вращение and левое вращение distinguish the two directions. Confirm the pump arrow and which port is suction before installation.

Related GP catalogue codes

The following references describe related pumps of the same nominal displacement for comparison with an existing pump. They are not Olive Branch part numbers or a blanket interchangeability statement. Quote the complete code so we can check the shaft, flange, ports and operating duty.

Spaced forms such as GP 3BM 32R-A204A also occur. R and L in these GP codes identify rotation. A GP cross-reference for the 25 cm³/rev model has not been verified here; please send its full nameplate instead of assuming the code from displacement alone.

Suffixes that change the configuration

Keep the M-series letter and pressure-version code. A-series, D-series, MCH / МЧ and -4 versions require separate technical review. Within the referenced НШ ordering system, the suffix C can indicate a keyed shaft; it is a shaft configuration, not an alternative name for every NSH32M-3. Seal, shaft and climatic options must be checked from the complete marking and drawing.

For a machine-specific OEM or assembly number, send the equipment parts-book reference and pump photos. This model-name table does not establish an OEM number or confirm fit to every tractor or truck using the same nominal displacement.

Are NSH32M-3 and НШ32М-3 different products?

They are Latin and Cyrillic forms of the model designation. Check the complete suffix and configuration details rather than relying only on the writing system.

Can I choose 50 cm³/rev instead of 32 cm³/rev?

Only after reviewing the equipment requirements. The change affects flow at the same drive speed and can affect required drive power and circuit behaviour.

Can I determine rotation from the body shape?

No. Use the marking and supplier confirmation, with the viewing direction explicitly stated as the drive-shaft end.

Does every M-series pump use the same installation drawing?

No. Request the drawing for the exact displacement, shaft, flange and port configuration. A family drawing is only a starting point for identification.

Which pressure rating should I put on my order?

Specify the operating duty and request the corresponding data sheet. Continuous, intermittent and peak limits have different meanings and must not be combined into one rating.

What information speeds up quotation?

A full model marking, quantity, machine details and clear shaft, flange and oil-port photographs are the most useful starting points.
